8 easy steps to your bathroom renovation

1. Showroom/Contact

One of our friendly showroom consultants can tour you through our state of the art showroom and discuss product options and possibility's.

 

2. 1st Design Appointment - In Home

Whilst at the showroom we can arrange an in home appointment with our Interior Designer. The Designer can visit you in the comfort of your own home to explore design options feasible for your renovation project. While there the designer will be able to give you a preliminary estimate on the cost range expected for your project.

 

3. 2nd Design Appointment - In Showroom

Your designer will arrange a 2nd appointment for you to meet at the showroom to look at your design on our 3D computer design program. Your designer will discuss different layouts that would best suit your Bathroom space in compliance with industry standards, ergonomics and aesthetics.

 

4. Design & Price

Once you are happy with your design we can then generate an accurate price. Your Bathroom can be priced in a variety of materials to see what works best with your budget.

 

5. Deposit & Contracts

Once you are happy with your Bathroom design and price you can place your order with a 10% deposit. And signing of a fixed price contract .We finalise all details and process your compulsory BSA Insurance. An appointment is then booked for your check measure.

 

6. Commence Construction

Our Project Manager will visit you to conduct a site inspection and discuss any technical information required before commencing works. He will also discuss construction time frame and procedures to best suit your lifestyle. The average Bathroom renovation takes approximately 2 weeks from start to finish , dependant on materials and finishes.

 

7. Procedure & Trades

Our Project Manager will stay in close contact with you advising you of schedule of works and trades entering your property. All work progress is closely monitored by our project Manager to keep your renovation running as efficient as possible.

 

8. Final Inspection

Upon completion of your Bathroom renovation your designer and technical consultant will inspect your project and ensure you are completely satisfied with the end result.
